Joining HELPING PROFESSIONALS CONNECT: Barbara Melton’s List

Please consider joining Helping Professionals Connect, a statewide counselor email list that I started many years ago, which has even grown into NC and GA. It has the potential to be very helpful to all helping professionals, regardless of whether you are in a public or private practice setting, or are an LPC, LPCI, LMFT, LMFTI, Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse, Mental Health worker, Substance Abuse Counselor, School Counselor, Art Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Professional Coach, Graduate Student, or Retired Professional. Helping Professionals Connect is now a membership organization with an interactive website located at www.helpingprofessionalsconnect.com. PLEASE check it out!

What will you receive?

If you decide to join Helping Professionals Connect (go to the website, go to the Membership page, scroll down to Join Now and click it, and you will see the various membership categories. A Regular Membership is only $20 per year (less than 50 cents per week). We regularly post job opportunities, training announcements, articles/resources of interest to helping professionals, referral or resource requests for clients, announcements about professional luncheons or other invitations (including non-profit benefits, group announcements and meetings), practice announcements, supervision opportunities, practicum/internship site requests, office rental listings and more. As a member, you will also have the opportunity to submit notices for consideration to be posted to ‘the list.’  There are different levels of membership including a FREE 30 day Trial Membership to check it out.
